Owned by Juliette Walsh, a qualified Organisational Psychologist & High Intensity CBT Therapist (BABCP)

The Fit Mind specialises in psychological well-being & employment associated mental ill health.


A mother of two, Juliette has a BSc in Psychology & Anthropology, an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry, PGdip in CBT, ISST Training in Schema Therapy & Foundation Diploma in Group Analysis (IGA) . She is currently working at The Group Therapy Centre in Cambridge running CBT & Compassion Focussed groups. She also practices 1-1 therapy online. Juliette has experience working within the prison services, IAPT, human resources, occupational health and acute psychiatric hospitals with both adolescents and adults. She is passionate about supporting individuals with mental ill health flourish, and manage their symptoms within work and in their everyday lives.

Using CBT & Schema techniques, Juliette can help you better manage your symptoms. We will work together exploring your strengths, with the aim to rebuilding on a stronger, healthier, body and mind.
